Looking for a way to promote your gym, leisure centre or fitness classes. This new 'planking' game is the key...get fit whilst having fun and competing with others. Fitness doesn't have to be boring.
Aim of the game:
This is a two player game and players need to choose whether they will catching the RED or the GREEN light. The players lie on the mat in the 'planking' position facing each other. The 10 spots between each player light up either red or green and each player needs to hit as many of their chosen lights as possible before time is up, once your coloured spot has been hit another spot will light up, the faster the game is played the more spots will be lit up together...The winner is the player who hits their coloured spots the most throughout the game and has the highest score, this is counted up and displayed on a scoreboard. At the end of the game the 10 spots will all be illuminated in the winners colour!
This game can also be played by one person to see how many lights they can press whilst in the planking position before time is up.
