The idea of these two games is the same - hit your chosen coloured lights (red or green) faster than your opponent to gain points, the player with the most points at the end of each game is the winner. However, for one of the games you and your opponent need to be laid in the planking position whilst hitting your coloured lights, and the other game you and your opponent need to be running around to hit your lights the fastest. These games are quite energetic although they can be played at any pace.
